Over the past 12 years, I’ve partnered with organisations across Media, Entertainment and Technology, throughout North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC, helping them solve complex talent challenges across technical, commercial and leadership functions.
What I’ve learned along the way is that search is, at heart, a relationship business. The leaders worth hiring rarely answer a cold approach, but they will take a call from someone they know and trust. Most of my work starts from relationships I’ve built long before a role ever existed.
Today I work across two complementary businesses, both pointed at the same thing: getting the right people into the right rooms.
